Question by Are you liberal or just stupid?: Does the 'buy American clause' in the pork bill apply to the?
hybrid replacements for the Fed. Fleet? Since the only real hybrids are made by Toyota, how will that work?
And BTW, is it really 'cost effective' to buy a new car, with all the cost, to save x amount of money on fuel each year? And once again if you say it helps the environment by getting these off the road, do you really think that these old (1995's and up) cars
