How much is it to buy new license plates for recently bought car?

Question by T.R.: How much is it to buy new license plates for recently bought car?
I'm wondering, if I buy a car from say Florida and has Florida license plates, but I bought the car in Texas from the owner and I want to get Texas license plates how much would it cost? (P.S. I'm from California and I want to buy the car from Oklahoma.)
