I bought a truck at a public auction its a recover theft it has no vin numbers on it im wondering if i can register it with the mvd or get the Vin's back or wat can i do with the truck

Answer by DavidUsually if the vin plates where removed from a vehicle that means that the vehicle has been deemed usable to parts only, for dismantled for it usable parts.
