Question by The Question Maker: How much cheaper are items at a government auction?
I'm going to a government auction on Monday and I'm looking to buy a car... All of the cars are 05 and 06... They may be out of my price range. What kind of price drop am I likely to see?

Answer by peterthegreatAt these auctions you'll see a lot of dealers, who are not willing to pay more than wholesale "book" value. So, for many cars, these are the people you'll be bidding against.
