I currently have a car that I'm paying off but I still owe 5500 on it. The car blue books for 6500 private seller. How can I sell it to someone when the title is still held by the bank I financed the car threw?

Answer by ?Upon sale take the buyer to the bank with you. Most loans are non transferable so if you both go to the bank together you can pay the loan and take possession of title then
