Over twenty years ago, the Dodge dealer in Quarryville, Pennsylvania went out of business when the owner died. Winnie Hogg must have been an odd fellow. He took cars in trade, but when they didn't get the price he wanted, he just left them to rot. There were at least 50 cars that had sat for decades, driven to the spot where they were found. A lot of them went for under 0.
