How do I get the sticky off the door of my truck?

Question by chilipepper: How do I get the sticky off the door of my truck?
I bought an ex-Hydro pickup truck, and before Hydro One put the truck in the auction, they peeled off their Hydro One sticker that was on the door. Now, you can still see the sticky mark. Its winter right now, but in the summer I want to scrape that off, but I'm not sure how, without scratching the paint. How do I do that, just with a putty knife? Thank you!
I think 'Goo Be Gone' would work more
