Is it difficult at night to see out of a 15% car window tint?

Question by Jacob: Is it difficult at night to see out of a 15% car window tint?
I want my car windows tinted. I don't want anybody to see in, but don't want my night time visibility to affected. I like what 15% looks like from the outside, but don't know how hard it is to see from the inside. Please let me know what your experience is, and if 15% is too dark, what a good tint is for me. Thanks for the help!
