Question by deefreddy21: How do I exchange, car, title, and money on an internet car sale?
An out of state buyer has agreed to buy my car. How do I exchange the car and title for the money without being scammed?
The buyer is making arrangements to have the car shipped sight unseen. It would seem that the buyer would have to agree to sending the entire purchase price upfront, and then I send the title overnight, and release the car to the shipping company. Correct? Any better
