Hello.... I am looking for a good cheap car with high MPG.

For example, the 1995 honda civic gets 40-50mpg and is only about $ 2500.

Do you think you could give me some ideas of cars that are:
1) Under $ 4000
2) Over 40 mpg

Answer by bmw_illusionistWhat about the older Honda Insights? They're hybrids, and they do go pretty far back in age.
