Question by Big D: Can a cop search your car if he pulls you over?
If he dosn't have a warrent and theres no suspicious things or activities going on can he tell you to get out of the car and search it? I got pulled over for speeding and he wanted to search my car and i didnt know anything so i said ok and he trashed my car and threw shit everwhere. If a cop asks to search can i say no?
