Question by Helen L: How to sue a car service who broke my break pad then sell me a new one?
I went to the car service to do the safety inspection and my car past it. But their people told me that my front break was almost "metal to metal" and I'd better change the break.
After I changed it, I found that my old parts are in good condition. What is more, one of the pads was broken by a screwdriver, not naturally broken.
I'm living in New York State, how can I sue the car
